Emerging artist Elaine Hoey`s complete series of work “Reproduce x” will go on exhibition at the Sol Art Gallery 6th August to 20th August 2010. Elaine is a mixed –media artist whose passion is light and using lighting to create subversive paradoxes. Fusing photo collage with perspex, the lighting acts as an internal spotlight, seeping through her ironic and sometimes darkly humorous subjective commentary on cultural ideologies and our illusions.

Her solo exhibition will open officially Friday 6th August at 7pm. All welcome
