Records: From The Collection of The Irish Museum Of Modern Art

Records is a collaborative project between The Gallery, Siamsa Tíre and The Kerry Film Festival for 2010. Records consists of three film works from the IMMA Collection by artists Sarah Morris, Phil Collins and Gerardo Suter. The exhibition focus is on film work which represents reality in a documentary style. Sarah Morris reverses the camera onto the screen writer and director Robert Towne and presents what is described as a ‘portrait’ of a script-doctor whose work includes many classic blockbusters from 1970s onwards.
